Beef Curry 1 lb Stew or fondue beef, cut into 1" cubes
2 tb Curry powder
1 oz Unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c Molasses
1/4 c Tomato sauce
1 qt (or more) orange juice Salt & pepper to taste
3 tb Oil
Brown stew meat in oil. When meat is lightly browned add curry and continue browning. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer about 1 hour, continuing to add juice (water or orange juice) as needed. A pressure cooker or crock pot can be used to hasten cooking.
