Beef Stew

4 potatoes, cubed
Beef stew meat
1 1/2 Cups Spicy V-8 Juice
1 1/2 Cups water
2 Tablespoons celery flakes
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 green pepper, chopped
shredded carrots
1 Bay leaf
1/3 Cup Minute Tapioca
salt and pepper to taste

Cook on high long enough to get heat up and then on low for about 6-8 hours.
