Barbecue Beef Sticks

2 lb Top round; flank or sirloin steak
1/2 c Soy sauce
5 tb Brown sugar
1/2 Clove garlic
1/4 ts Ginger powder
1 tb Vegetable oil
3 Dozen bamboo skewers

Servings: 3 dozen sticks

Slice beef into 1-1/2 inch squares about 1/8-inch thick.

Blend together the rest of the ingredients.

Marinate steak bits in this sauce for 20 minutes.

Skewer meat on bamboo sticks. Cook quickly over charcoal or barbecue.
